DID YOU BUY A PRE-ORDER ITEM?
Pre-order items can NOT be cancelled or returned.
Do NOT purchase pre-order items together with non pre-order items.
If you still do so, you will have to wait until your pre-order items arrives. Your whole order will be shipped at once, we can not split shipments.

RETURN FROM SALE
Sale items can be returned within 7 days but they will be credited as gift cards.
The gift card comes in a code and has no expiration date.
HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE
1. Download the fold instrucitons here.
2. Enter your order number and email address on the return center.
3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
4. If you choose store credit when returning via the return center, the shipping cost will be free.
5. If you want a different size or product please select exchange and specify which size or item you want. We'll resend exchanges once we got the returned items. If an item is sold out, we'll inform and send it once it's available again.
6. Sale items have different terms. Read: RETURNS FROM SALE.
WILL THE SHIPPING COST BE REFUNDED?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.
Returns which arrive later than 7 days after receiving at our warehouse will automatically be rejected and will be sent back to the customer. So please ship immediately after registering the return.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn- In the original packaging with all tags.
- Hygienic items such as Swimming shorts, Underwear and beanies are not returnable.
