Return Policy
EU Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds.
Our return warehouse is located in the United States. Due to import/export regulations and customs restrictions, we cannot accept returns from European countries. This is a logistical and legal limitation, not an exception.
Because we operate as a non-EU company, we are not obligated under EU consumer law to accept returns or provide refunds for European customers.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, no refund will be issued. By placing an order, you explicitly agree to these terms.
U.S. Returns (Exception)
Customers located in the United States are allowed to return items only under the conditions below.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase
- You must contact customer service first to register your return
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, exactly as received
Any return that does not meet all of these requirements will be rejected.
Once again: this exception applies only to U.S. customers.
